Filing a notice

A valid DMCA notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and where it appears on the site.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If we removed your content and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief we removed the material in error.

Repeat infringers

We may disable or terminate access for repeat infringers.
